♥ back in sg

this time, only me n bb back in sg. cos hubby got to rush for big clients in USA.
bcos 1 of his buddies ROM on 18th sep, his sg frd oso went back to Melacca to join the joy. & i gota lombang his car back.
we took quite long to reach sg bcos he n his family wanted to do some shoppin in JB. when i called hubby up to tell him we arrived safely, it was 7pm. we left IL's place at 3pm. by 6+ hengheng was too fustrated being confined in the car for 3hrs+. despite i took baby biscuits, new toy - wind mill bought by ah gong, books n even can play wif jiejie (frd's dotter). there's always unexpected events u hv to b prepared for when travellin wif a child.

♥ so tired

he was rushin som project for tdy's deadline. so i hv to stay up n help him these 2 nites. stayed til 4am, buay tahan liao.
on wed nite, there's soccer, so his 2 bros came over to watch. he told me wat to do n den rush out to c....aft i finish, its 4am+, so i jus went to bed not waitin for him.
now i m eatin my 2nd pc of bread at 4.24pm, 1st meal of my day is at 2pm, aft i bath my son, put him to bed, wash d dirty laundry. *backache / sleepy eyes.*

i think i've dreamt tt monica was carryin her bb few wks ago.
kekeke..mayb its our 'xing you ling xi yi dian tong' we've this 'physic power' once a blue moon. there's few times we blurted out the same sentences. hehehe
yest was lily's bday. i've sent her a MMS, hopefully she can get it. (this svc provider always waste my $$)
n at nite, i dreamt of her! me, karen n joyce all went to her HDB house aft a wedding. (she lives in her dad's owned private property. duno y i dreamt she stays in a HDB wif her family, her bro still drives the big big car) & whose wedding issit? hmm..duno ley. i nvr dreamt of the bride or bridegroom.

:( my bb is hvin runny nose n coughin wif phlegm. 2nd time sick liao, n still bcos his dad pass to him. n now i m oso hvin bit of itchy nose.
but oso gt gd news! he can stand very firm wif little support.
yest nite, he was holdin his musical mobile i hang at his cot. he stands so firmly, no wobble front, back, left, rite cos the musical mobile is only attached wif a nylon string. ^_^

i got her SMS jus now, so happy for her..kekeke..its 9mths aft her wedding customary. for another frd, Saiwong, who held his weddin customary 1 day after her, is orady gg to b a dad in 1-2mths time..
anyway, so now got 3 babies in our EPSS class liao..wahahaha

hubby's frd is gettin ROM on 18th Sep, n his sg frd will b comin down to witness it.
so he told me, i might b able to lombang his car to sg, wif hengheng. he will feel more secure as there's more den 1 adult to look aft the hyper-active boy.
lookin for a playpen to put in sg. hengheng now canot sleep on a masterbed, cos he will tend to go down on the flr n crawl all over the place. he is now even tryin to climb back up our master bed. 
another new trick he is soon to master.
now, he can easily flip thru books, newspapers, n even his bday card, which has music when opened. these 2 days, he likes to bite the corner of books & papers. i guess he finally realise he got "2 front teeth" tt r use for biting.. kekeke

♥ failed baker

i really no talent in cooking n baking. i wan to bake a cake for dh's bday... 1st cake i bake, coco cake, it was too blend, i din add alot of sugar. now this;
this evenin, i tried to make the steam cake fr the recipe posted in bb forum. but in the end, it bcom steamed egg...
at 1st, everything is gg smoothly, the butter n sugar batter is beaten til fluffy. (so happy!) bcos i cut all the ingredients in 1/2 amount, i add 2 1/2 eggs instead of 5. & since i dun hv 'sor da bing - biscuit', i tried to b advanturous n add in cheese.
this is a big mistake! bcos once the last egg is added in, the whole mixture looks awful n weird. it bcom very watery. so i thot i've added 1 too many eggs. so i add in another small slice of butter to balance it out. but its still watery, so i guess its too much butter lor. i scoop the fluffy mixture up n leave the water alone. i put the fluffy mixture in the microwaveable glass bowl n let it steam for 45min.
when my alarm went off, i go check. it was still watery underneath the steamed layer. so i giv it another 20min. but its still the same...
no choice lor, i hv to throw it away. when i scoop the 'thing' out, i smelled steamed egg. i made chawa mushi instead?!!

♥ Port Dickson trip

the updates u can find at my son's page. lazy to update again.
basically did nthg much bcos its jus 1 day trip. 1st day arrive canot count bcos we did nthg there! only eat dinner n wash up n play cards n watch tv...
so the nex day, aft breakfast, went down to the swimmin pool fast fast. the pool is amazing! the biggest in all resorts i can find. Tiarra beach resort, if u guys like water games, here is the place. it has a man-made sand beach, children water playground, big swimmin area.
heard fr the others tt this is a Singapore Management resort. no wonder i c quite a num of sg cars there.
the only thing is our rooms. 1st family room, air con spoilt. so we waited for the stuff to change our room for 2hrs. (tt's the reason y we din do anything!) the 2nd room's toilet is 'raining' when upstairs flush or bath. but this time we dun wan to change liao. dun wan to wait another 2hrs. luckily, its no big prob, the maintainence stuff brought a cap to screw it up (my dh said duno which guy took this room's cap for the other room's use. den this guy took another room's cap for our room's use -_-")

♥ back fr Langkawi

ok, back at home yest. felt so restless, dun wan to do anyting :D somor tmr gg to Port Dickson wif dh's company for 2 days, Sat/Sun
ok, tokin abt this trip, nthg fancy or exciting. we went there jus to R&R (rest & relax). but the 1st day is orady fustrating. cos we went durin the National day period. there is an airplane show on Monday. our flight was delayed for 2hrs! 1/2 day gonez..
& by the time we touched down at Langkawi International Airport, it was heavy downpour. luckily it was jus a 5min pour. when our flight's wheels touch the floor, it rained til we get off the plane. haha..fast rite?
we tot it will stop for good. but durin our drive to our resort, it started to rain again. luckily its oso a quick 1. by evenin time, we can go out n explore our resort's surrounding. we went to a beach to jalan jalan. took some pix. saw some guys playin wif banana boat n jet ski. oso got sea-parachute.
den we went to a cafe n hv some drinks. dh said the beer there is tax free. tt's y its cheap, & he drank it almost every meal. later at nite, we went to a seafood restaurant. we ordered a fresh fish, wrong move! cost us RM70 for that fish >_<
END OF DAY 1
the nex day, we went for complimentary breakfast in the resort, nthg much, jus the usual fried mee, toast, pan cakes, porridge, baked beans, etc. aft tt, we went up to change into my swimmin costume. (oh ya, we went shopping on day 1 for slippers n my swimmin costume :P)
i went into the pool 1st cos he wan to use toilet. hydro-therapy :D there got some 'mushrooms' wif water fallin down. i jus sit there n let the water hit my neck n back. later i went to the bubbling water shot n let it massage my legs n thighs..wahh...shhhhuuuu fooookkkk saaaaiiiii
when dh joined me, we went few rounds of swimming, den we got off the pool arnd 12pm. shower n we started our 'round-the-island' tour. 1st we went to Underwater World Langkawi, which is jus 2 min drive fr our resort. we spent a good 2hrs in there.
later, we jus took out d map of Langkawi n drove along the main road. it was an intense drivin, took us 4hrs to complete the whole island. when we saw smthg tt grabs our interest, we jus find a parkin space n went down to take a look n fotos. ^_^
den at nite, we went to a nice, cosy jap restaurant, it was situated on a hill. nid to drive up a slope of abt 40 degree. dh was scared he canot go downhill smoothly. but i assured him, u can wan lah, anything oso got 1st time mah ;p
END OF DAY 2
the last day, we got up earlier den b4, cos we wan to c is there any new food tt we missed on day2 (we woke up late) its still the same. but this time, we caught omlette, day2 all the eggs r gone, left empty plates when we arrived.
we thot of hvin another dip b4 we check out. but the pool was closed as they r cleanin it. so no choice, went up to pack our bags, den decide to go out n shop for soulveniors as the prev day din find anything nice.
we arrived at the airport 2hrs early. so jus browse thru the shops there lor. in the end, settle on buyin chocolates for them.
when we check in, it started to rain again! i said, 'the sky was happy til he cried bcos we cam to Langkawi, now he is sad bcos we r leaving. wahahaha' this time, we waited for abt 1/2hr b4 we can board the plane..better liao lor!
