♥ Update for last week in SGP

monday, went to NTUC wif mum to fill up the fridge, esp for didi cos he is eatin porridge n soft rice! she bought a fish fillet for him, n lots of other stuff. i hv an appointmetn for facial at 3pm, but we only leave the hoz at 2.30! i knew i will b late, but i nvr knew i m so late! 3.30 den only she is done wif her shopping, so i calle dad to com pick her up, cos she will b gg home wif 2 kids n few bags of stuff. but mum say she can handle. n i rush off.
lucky the gal went to buy her lunch (cos she c i m late :p) she had lost her voice, but still try to make small tok wif me. esp she is curious abt my family background cos i look like a Malay. hahaha, still look like a malay since Sec sch tym. still can rem the canteen auntie told Karen, ur malay frd very pretty. :P~
tuesday, went down to market wif parents, cos i nid to drop those singapore sweep coupons for FIL's frd, he came home wif 4 books!! we fill up til our hands cramp! n i m standin at the box there, tearin them into pieces n drop in. i only put in 2 books cos there's 2 draw. n i spent abt 20mins there... so paisey!!
wednesday, went to AMK Hub again, cos i wanna buy a raincoat for hengheng. went to Mums & Babes, dun hv. end up hengheng wan me to buy a Thomas & Train for him. so i ask him, if u can tell me wat this is, i will buy. so he really stand there n crack his little brain!! so cute, aft 2-3min, he say 'chew chew' wif hand pullin whistle action. i say ya, wat is 'chew chew'? n he think somemore. finally he say 'TRAIN!' so i replied, correct, so i hv to buy for u liao lor! n took him over to the counter n giv him a $5 note to pay. i fish out my chillings n i put them on the counter too, he push all the money to the cashier, n say thank you.
i went to nex door of Baby Fox, oso dun sell raincoats, went opp to Cerini (i dun hv high hopes there cos they sell mainly shoes), no sell raincoat. :( so finally went down to NTUC, ask the salesgal oso dun sell!! dad call in time n he is at the food court, so we went up. blur me, the lift stop at B1 n i hurried got off, thinkin its 3rd flr. only when i walk past 2 stores, i realise i m at B1, n oso hengheng saying B1, B1.. :p aft we had our lunch (dad had a "fun" tym feedin both the boys wif Udon) we went down to NTUC so i can buy the soft sole shoes for didi. yest nite went to the playgrd, n didi standin on bare foot. so dirty! n his socks-shoe has 1 piece missing :S so hv to buy a new pair.

finally able to blog!! sg's modem is finally workng, hv to swap wif bro's modem. so weird, it cannot work on my pc, but can work on his. so i m usin his modem, n he is usin mine.
wonder any blogger miss me.. -_-"
hv been gg out so often, everyday in fact!
>> Sat evenin arrive in sgp, had our dinner at Blk 604. dh used to rent a room in 605. we've been to that kopitiam for breakfast, but its like a ghost town, n the food not tempting. but now, there's a new western food stall (actually it rented 2 stalls!) call BOTAK JOHN. such long Q!!! bro say its not bad tt's y we went, mum initially wanted steamboat. but he only had chicken chop b4. DUHSSSS!!!! but this time we ordered steaks. dad told me he n mum shall share 1 steak, den i ordered my own. i wanted steak too, so i ordered TENDERLOIN 200gm SGD32.00 n RIBEYE 200gm SGD14.00. n i added 1 OREA CHEESE CAKE n a soup. the soup damn lousy, well, cos it din suit our taste buds. :P~ its like a spanish soup, wif spices, white rice n Italian sausage, 2 BIG chunk.
the steaks so-so only, but dad say its not oily, i ordered MEDIUM WELL, mum complain, so red!! i say if WELL DONE i cannot even bite, let alone u wif ur false teeth!! cheese cake is not bad, not very sweet.
>> sun afternoon went to karen's gal's full mth party. din no her bro oso holdin together! so paisey, din bring anything for him. both the babies only 6 days apart. tt's y hold together. i was there early cos Monica say she nid to leave yby 1pm. but instead! she arrive at 1.30pm!! cos it rained. <_<
din hv a good chat wif Karen cos she is busy wif other guests. tot of gg to her place one of these days to hv a quiet n serious look at her gal. left her place arnd 3pm, went to National Libr @ Bugis wif Monica n her family, took a cab down together. ANGRY!! 3 of the cabbies saw so many of us n refuse to take us.. 4 adults wif 2 todderls!! its tt alot?? bleh!!
hengheng throw some tantrum at the library, n attract 3 gals to him!! 1 is monica's yolindrea, the other 2 is a pair of sis, abt 18mth n 24mths old. both holdin a book n came over while we r reading. so i ask heng if he wan the book, he say NO. so i told him, mus tell meimei, sorry i dun wan, thank you! n the sis look blur blur den walk away.. oh man! so young n the gals r orady comin up. LOL
shall update again, now very tired.. 3.12am.. yawnzzzz

Other signs that matter
• Curriculum: Does the curriculum inspire creativity and curiosity? Does it recognise that children are active learners who soak up knowledge like a sponge?
• Enrichment: Does the school provide something extra and/ or different? In-school or third-party programmes like speech and drama, music or dance lessons perhaps?
• Field trips: Does the school choose stimulating, educational and/ or fitness-oriented venues?
• Play time: Is there lots of it? Or not enough? Do teachers gossip at the playground? Or do they actively join in?
• Mealtimes: What’s for tea? High-fat cookies and cakes? Are there liberal servings of fruit?
• Discipline: Is your child picking up an ugly vocabulary? How are disruptive kids dealt with?
• Management: How supportive are they towards parental concerns and suggestions or staff welfare?
• Self-esteem: Does your child look forward to going to school everyday? Or is it a battle to get him ready every morning? Even if you love the school, consider looking elsewhere if your child doesn’t.

♥ not use to it...

not use to wakin up wif a quiet house. cos hengheng in sch. now finally hv the ACTUAL feel. cos last 2 mth, always out runnin errands wif hub.
tdy, i actually can go back to bed when hengheng leave for sch. den wake up at 10.30am, cos didi cry from uncomforatble. he has slight fever tdy. fever fr teething?? or sunk his teeth on too many unclean toys n things?? i measure his temperature this morn, its 37.9 degree, not very high, but he vomit milk. :( will monitor him til afternoon, cos 2pm go hospital. (visiting)
now, hub not at my side for few times, i actually hv the LOST feeling. is this the feelin he will felt when i m in sg? when i m in sg, its balik kampung so i enjoy myself so much, i dun really feel the emptiness until 4-5 days aft he is gone. 1 very great difference is oso in sgp i can go out to distract my mind. but here i can't go anywhere with no car n liscense... feel so crippled!! i hv been urgin him to let me learn drivin since the SG Shares has earn some SGD. but he say 'NO! SAVE FOR RAINY DAYS' >_> :/ this is 1 of my rainy days ley.. can't u understand!!!

so what i m married to a Malaysian man, so what i hv to leave my home sweet home for some tym.. i hv a stable n sweet family, 2 boys & 1 lovin hubby. (we still quarrel like every couple, hv cold wars too!)

♥ hengheng had a heavy fall TWICE

1. ah gong ask him to carry didi, who is sittin on the swing. hengheng not enough strength, so unbalanced n fall down, back of the head hit the massage stones. this happen arnd monday, but at tt time i din felt a lump, oso it is painful so heng dun let me touch his head. yest, i felt a small lump n i saw it is a bruise. so i ask MIL to boil an egg so i can rub on it.
2. yest, he wanna com into the hos, but was running. there's a step at the front door, n he miss the step, unbalance n fell face down. upper lip n cheek r injured, upper lip is bleeding n cheek has a big blue-black. when the egg is boiled, i rub both the bruises.

kekeke, IDOBABY admin started a temp forum for us crazy, addicted mummies. its the same link, jus click n it will relink u to the temp forum.
jus now teacher ask me if i bought the safety scissors for hengheng, i say hvn busy lately! so hub drive to Popular aft we done our biz wif HSBC. bought a KIDI KUT by Madped. it printed a "3+" so i assume its for 3yrs n above :P there r others, which is more expsensive, 1 is Disney, but it look so 'pirated' :S n it has a casing, i duno if the cuttin part is metal or plastic, thus i end up wif KIDI KUT cos the whole piece is plastic. den i saw beside this, another full plastic scissors, but the handle felt 'adult', KIDI KUT's handle feel comfortable for kids.

some old wife's tale say, if baby suck their toe thumb, mean mummy will b pregnant.
hengheng suck his toe thumb, so cute!! i lov to c bb suckin their toes. but chenchen nvr suck ley!! n i plan for 2 kids.. so its true in some way?????!!!!!!!!!!!!!
PS: so i will rock chenchen's toes up to his mouh, n he laff so loudly. ^_^
