saw doctor. he is super famous. i waited for 2hours! after we sent hengheng to school, we went for breakfast. then go to his clinic. wah!! i was 20 more patients in waiting.

chenchen played til he went back to sleep. (he usually sleep at 12pm) hub decided to go fetch hengheng and i wait alone. (we can't do anything there anyway.) i was falling asleep too! if not for the TV show quite interesting, i will be snoring for a long time.

doctor see patient quite fast. (MIL visit him quite frequently so we knew) just don't know why we have to wait so long!! i went in, 10min i came out. i was heaty in my liver (or stomach? can't remember as he speaks fast too) he told me a list of food i cannot take, including fruits and rice products. fruits will cause me to cough, and rice products will cause me to have fever. he said my throat is swollen. but only left side is subsiding. yes! i told him even my left ear is in pain. bad news is that my right side wasn't swelling yet, so fever is not out. he said give me 4 days of medicine to subside it. i have to rest more and drink more water.

this virus is slow and steady. i feel bones acheing on monday morning. afternoon, went home to sleep. then felt better in the evening, thou a bit feverish.

tuesday, start to develop fever in the afternoon. (think its the weather, too hot!) i came out of an aircon room, into the hot sun, then into a suana car. all the extreme temperature crumpled me and my body system.

i was feeling heaty inside, but cold on my feet and hands. i didn't on the fan, and covered myself with a thin blanket! these last for 1 day. den on wednesday, i start to develop sore throat. and my heavy menses came back!! wah! it only stopped for 2wks. and its back... my body is so weak now...

since thursday, my feverish feeling comes and goes. but it was worst on friday. hengheng measured me (he say 'hengheng be doctor) and i was 38.9! measured in 2hrs gap. both is same temperature. so i recalled back, morning i had sore throat, so i wanted porridge as it was easier on the throat. lunch, hub also bought porridge, with my approval. and after the 2nd porridge, i started to heat up. what a big mistake to take the porridge, triggled my fever. i felt this is the same virus as hengheng & chenchen.

saturday, i felt better, but headache is constantly bugging me since monday. at night, hub wanna bring his cousin out for dinner since he helped us. another mistake is i ordered Orange Juice! wow it burns my sore throat! and sunday morning, i feel better!  hahaha

this morning, i woke up in cold sweat! i was sleeping in an airconed room! so i wanted to visit a chinese doctor this time. last dec visited my gynae and he did a scan on my womb, said "it is clear and no signs of clots. just have to wait for the heavy menses to clear itself and wait for my hormones to return to normal level." it was already 4months since i had the amway tea!! arghhh  horrible mistake that i make.. just because 'don't want to waste the tea'.

but the chinese doctor rest on mondays!! sighhh, waiting for tomorrow...

this book is call "52 fantastic dates for You and Your mate" by david arp & claudia arp. a couple who live together and work together!

so like us!! i borrowed this book from Toa Payoh library, was attracted by the title. then, as the authors instructed, read them randomly - each topic is a date suggestion. example, there's photo date, water date, "we're just too tired to talk" date, etc. they even catagorized them into 7 sections:

1. just-for-fun dates
2. getting-i-shape dates
3. romantic dates
4. do-it-together dates
5. cheap-and-easy dates
6. "we're just too tired" dates
7. the best dates from marriage alive alumni

gorgor imitate didi... didi imitate gorgor..

gorgor - he tries to be cute like didi! who can't say out what he wants. so didi will point & say 'ehh ehh'. so gorgor also does it: cries and sob but refuse to say what he wants.

didi - when gorgor pours out the toy drawer, he stood on top of it. didi was happily exploring the mess of toys, which i thought he didn't see what gorgor did. but when i told hengheng to step off the drawer. didi stood up casually.  and then.. both of them take turns standing on it!! it was so lucky the plastic drawer didn't give way!

his fever pattern so worrying. once it comes, its 38-39 degrees C! this morning, i measured he is 39.3! well, a little bit higher due to the fact he is crying, & his shirt wasn't very cooling. but its still so high!

1st i worried he has hand-foot-mouth disease. but PD checked his hands & mouth, no blisters or spotting. now 4th day since his fever started, it was always up and down. yesternight, i felt he is feverish, so gave him a dosage of panadol before he went to bed. but it didn't work. he still feverish throughout the night. i have been sponging him 3-4 times. and the fever didn't come down at all.

this morning, MIL gave him a packet of 'pearl powder' but it didn't seems to work very well. he is still lethagic, sianz, tired...

i wanted to bring him for a blood test in the evening, not as PD suggest, tomorrow. i worried he has Denguee, although i didn't find any red spots on him. (hub say will have red spots on body. i mentioned i saw red spots like mosquitoe bite) i've killed 2 of those white spot killers in our bedroom yesterday afternoon!! & killed a big fat one in the garden. it is circling chenchen's body.
